I’m very passionate about speaking my truth on Mental Illness, sharing my story to let others know they aren’t alone and using every moment of each day to build a better version of myself while trying to positively influence those around me to do the same. While 1 in 5 suffers from Mental Illness, 5 out of 5 people have Mental Health.

I journey along life with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Depression and my most recent diagnosis of Bipolar 2 which I write about open and honestly here. My life experiences have led me to adopt the life mantra of Carpe Diem, “Seize the Day”. Carpe Diem is more than a philosophy to me; it’s a way I aspire to live my life.

mental-health-60-transparent_216pxStaying present in the moment led me to find my purpose which is to help support and inspire others to grow, alongside me, as we transform into the best version of ourselves.

  1. Hello Mukesh,
I appreciate your comment more than you know. I am so terribly sorry to hear about Alex, but you are keeping his legacy alive by continuing to follow and support the Mental Health Community. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement and if you ever need anything or if there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. Always here for fellow friends!

  2. Thanks for sharing with all as you cope through your illness. My son did not survive but what you are doing creates a conversation and others will be helped. You are a strong and generous person to do this.

No suggestions but just wanted to share my appreciation.
